Introduction to Supervision Techniques (4 half days on line)
Learn the basic skills required to become a professional/clinical supervisor. We put it all into 8 easy steps that can be put into practice immediately: from setting a contract, to asking the right reflective questions and managing the space safely and effectively. Come and join others new to supervising to learn and practice together in a structured way.
Restorative Supervision Techniques (2 half days online)
Explore your role as supervisor with respect to the restorative function in supervision. Gain knowledge and practical tools to support your supervisees manage their wellbeing at work, all the while, taking the opportunity to reflect on your own!
Refresher for Professional Supervisors (2 half days online)
Update your knowledge – refresh your skills. Take a deep dive into reflective practice, hone your skills in crafting questions and navigating through sessions to meet the various needs of your supervisees.
